Project introduction
Just West of Indianapolis, this great room addition to the family's existing ranch home will provide the needed additional space for family and friends to gather. The clients desired a simple traditional timber frame with clear span trusses over the main great room to allow for maximum flexibility and use of space. The room also features a wet bar and loft space for displays and trinkets. We designed the loft's timber joists to extend over the bar allowing for pendant lighting to mount and hang directly from the timber. We are happy to be a part of crafting a space where holidays, birthdays, and loving memories will be made for many years to come.
